Cold therapy—also known as cryotherapy, cold exposure, or cold water/shower therapy—is a biohacking tool that uses extreme cold to stimulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery. It ranges from simple ice baths to advanced whole-body cryo chambers.
